![]() ![]() While shopping for alcohol mostly and chocolate flavored alcohol as a possible selection, I was harassed by takia I guess that's how you pronounce her name who stood and watched me while shopping and then harassed me while shopping and followed me overtly around the store. I'm so disappointed in ABC Fine Wine! I purchased the machine because, I thought that they were a reputable company! I've spent lots of money with this company and would've thought they would treat a loyal customer with more value and respect! I reached out again on 7/18/22 to Shaheen ****** and got no response. Within a couple hours I received a email from Shaheen ****** (Guest Service Coordinator)requesting proof of purchase. ![]() I spoke with Brian Thomas on who promised to help me resolve this issue. I've been getting nothing but the run around. ![]() I reached out several times to corporate for an refund. At this point l had just missed the deadline! I'm upset because none of this was communicated by the staff at ABC Fine Wines. They were giving customers full refunds if they returned the machine by a certain deadline. I decided to go online to order and that's when I learned Drink Works were no longer in business. After, visiting several locations due to this product consistently being out of stock. We asked several staff members when would the pods come back into stock? They told us they didn't know and it's up to distribution. We would visit the store 2 to 3 times a week in search for the drink pods. I'm currently a Gold key level customer and my machine is registered. To our surprise the company discontinued the drink machine. We purchased a Drink machine one year ago from ABC FINE WINE AND SPIRITS. ![]()
